Room and Linen Spray Care Guide
Room and Linen Spray Care Guide
A familiar scent, whenever the moment calls for it. Wilson & Wick™ Room and Linen Spray is designed to refresh your space with fragrance. Read the instructions and warnings on your specific bottle before every use.
Important: Not every fragrance blend is suitable for every fabric. Use on linens only when the specific finished spray is labeled as approved for fabric use.
How to Use Your Spray
- Shake gently before each use. This helps keep the fragrance evenly distributed.
- For rooms: Hold the bottle upright and mist lightly into the open air, away from your face, other people, pets, and nearby surfaces. Start with a small amount.
- For approved linens: If your bottle specifically permits fabric use, test a small hidden area first. Check for spotting, color change, or residue after it dries. Lightly mist from a distance and allow fabric to dry completely before use.
- Ventilate as needed. Use in a ventilated space and allow any overspray to settle and dry.
Where Not to Spray
- Never spray onto a lit candle, open flame, fireplace, hot burner, heater, or other ignition source.
- Do not spray directly on people or animals. This is not a body mist, perfume, or pet spray.
- Avoid eyes, face, mouth, and direct skin contact. Do not inhale the mist deliberately or swallow the liquid.
- Keep mist away from electronics, polished or painted surfaces, wood finishes, and anything that could be damaged by moisture or fragrance oils.
- Avoid delicate or easily stained textiles such as silk, suede, leather, and dry-clean-only materials. Do not use on fabrics unless your bottle permits linen use and a hidden-area test is successful.
- Wipe up overspray promptly. Mist on smooth floors can create a slipping hazard.
Important Safety and Storage
- Keep out of reach of children and pets, including the bottle and sprayer.
- Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames. Do not spray near burning candles.
- Store upright with the cap or sprayer secured, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not mix the spray with other cleaners, fragrances, or liquids.
- If spraying around bedding or soft furnishings, allow everything to dry completely before contact. Never spray occupied bedding, a pet's bedding while in use, or directly into an enclosed space with animals.
- Stop using the product if you notice an unusual change in appearance, odor, leakage, or performance, and contact us.
If spray gets into eyes, rinse carefully with water. If swallowed or if a concerning reaction occurs, contact Poison Control (U.S. 1-800-222-1222) or seek medical care as appropriate.
Will It Stain Fabric?
Some fragrance blends can discolor or mark textiles. Even when a finished spray is approved for linen use, first test a small inconspicuous area and let it dry fully. Never assume all fabrics will react the same way.
Does the Bottle Need to Be Shaken?
Yes. Give the bottle a gentle shake before use. If you notice persistent separation, leaking, or unusual changes, stop use and contact us rather than trying to reformulate the spray yourself.
